Improve your pitching With this simple technique,I call it the “Hinge”,Hinge and hold,so all we’re doing is hinging our wrists to get the club up,the body in the arms will actually follow that,we’re unhinging on the way down,kind of getting back to where we started and then from here,we’re trying to maintain this angle by turning the body and holding it into finish,we are not hinging and trying to hold,we are not hinging and then trying to scoop the ball up.we’re hinging up,unhinging back down and then turning the body into finish.This technique will really help you strike and strike is the king of becoming more stable with your pitching.
